The thing about Richards is now that the cap floor is at 48 million, a lot of teams could be in the hunt. Colorado, Philly, New York, Toronto, Florida. Basically any one who is going to have trouble hitting that cap floor could throw their hat in the ring. I hope the NHL soon realizes that now they are making teams spend money they don't have. Teams like Florida don't want to spend 48 million because they won't bring that back in, but they HAVE to. That's whywe saw brian Campbell get dealt to Florida.
